Booked Lee in March after him giving a very competitive quote for landscape work on our very untidy garden. We chose him as he had ideas that other companies had not mentioned and really seemed to get what we were wanting to achieve.
Work started Mid July (he does have a long wait list but to me its the sign of a good company) from day one i found Lee and his team (Lewis and Simon) to be fantastic they were really hard working and pleasant to have around, arrived on site on time every day and put in a full days work. They were very respectful of our home and pets and made sure the work area was kept clutter free and that we could still access our garden whilst work was taking place.
I decided to change the colour of the sandstone i wanted the day before it was due to be laid after discussions with Lee (who had advised he felt the colour i had originally chosen may not be suitable for my garden) he was absolutely correct and i am so glad i changed my mind as the new sandstone he helped us choose looks amazing.
We also tweaked the design slightly as we went along which was no problem and they checked every step of the way that we were happy with progress.
I am very impressed with the work that the team carried out, it has turned our tired old garden into something we are really pleased with and i would use them again.
The price we quoted was the price we paid and i think we got really good value for money.
Would not hesitate to recommend CGM Landscapes to anyone.

First Class Job by a Hard Working Team
We wanted our drive and front garden transformed into something that looked good but required less maintenance as the existing area was both worn and tired looking.
Lee and his hard working team were able to suggest and advise on the best way forward based around our ideas. They achieved this by removing the concrete drive, old conifers and garden path, installing a new block paving drive, completely re-designing, landscaping and re-turfing the front lawn area. They created a raised rockery area and several small beds and helped us choose a variety of suitable plants and shrubs. We now have a much more attractive and easier to maintain garden.
The team were professional, pleasant and helpful, working through some very challenging November weather.
We are delighted with the outcome and would definitely use them again in the future.

Couldn't be happier.
Great price, the whole team was very friendly and professional with everything delivered on time and budget
Of course, we agreed a price and specification to start with, but as predicted by CGM, we wanted to change small things as we went
These changes were undertaken without quibble and were often based on suggestions from the team

I was recommended Lee and his lads by a friend. I'm glad they did.
The quote was great.
He gave some ideas of what would work in our size and shape garden based around what we wanted.
They have transformed our garden from beat up kids play area to a lovely outdoor space.
Clean work.
Quality work with quality products.
Really happy with the team.

Lee and his team have carried out an extensive update to our back garden. We found it easy to work through the job with Lee, and were able to make alterations as the job progressed. We found that they arrived promptly every day and put in a full days work.
They were all pleasant, well mannered and dog friendly.
We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a efficient, well managed team.

Lee was referred to me by a good friend who had used him earlier in the year and was pleased with the outcome of the work done by him and his team at CGM. We had moved into a house that we bought via auction, it had been empty for a number of years and the garden neglected for many years prior. So we basically needed the whole thing re-lanscaping from top to bottom.
We must have had between 6 and 8 quotes for the works to be done, but Lee an CGM stood out above the rest. Lee was very visionary and full of ideas about how to make the most of the space we had whilst also being mindful of our budget. He was very friendly, but above all else, knowledgable. You could tell he had years of experience behind him.
We initially saw Lee in March 2019 and appointed him by the first week in April and already then he had a 9 week waiting list. We didn't mind this though as this was a sign of a good tradesman and the garden would still be done for summer.
Lee kept us updated each day, he text each morning to say when they would be arriving and outlined their plans for the day. Lee and his team are hard workers, they graft but have a laugh along the way also. What three men achieved in just two weeks was amazing, and we weren't dissapointed with the end product.
If anything needed to change or Lee had another idea to share with us he would always call and seek approval before doing anything. The price he quoted was the price we paid, and he didn't ask for any money upfront. Infact it was only until they had completed almost the first full week before he asked for an initial installment, with one more to follow the week after and then a final balance payment once work was complete and we were happy with it. Yet again another sign if a trustworthy tradesman.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee and CGM Landscapes. Hard working, high quality finish for a very competitive price. But be prepared to wait, they are very very busy, but it will be worth it. Thanks Lee and team for a great job.

Lee and his team did a brilliant job on our garden, really happy we hired CGM Landscapes from reading all the excellent reviews from previous customers. Our experience was just as good from start to finish with help on the design and products including a very competitive quote. Would recommend 100%.

Thoroughly professional from quotation to completion. Lee spent time and shared his recommendations during his survey visit, and submitted a competitive tender. The standard and quality of the team on site was exemplary, and we relied on their expertise and experience to make the finished installation perfect for our needs, relying heavily on Lee's knowledge to enhance our original vision of the landscaping. We were kept well informed throughout and were able to agree changes along the way that improved the outcome.
In addition the recent social distancing regime was imposed during their undertaking, and they were very mindful of the risks, were completely self sufficient, needed no access to the house, and brought their own food and drink.
They were tidy, considerate and unfailingly polite at all times. Highly recommended! We are extremely pleased with our new patios and pathways.

A wonderful job by Lee, Lewis and Dylan, the garden looks fantastic. So pleased we went with CGM, even though we got a lower quote from another landscaper we decided to pay a little bit more as Lee was very professional and knowledgable, had great design ideas with attention to detail and we were very confident he would do a great job and that’s exactly what he did. The team is led very well by Lee and Lewis and Dylan are extremely hard working, always polite and friendly, respectful, and their workmanship is quality, the three of them worked wonders, worth every penny. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending CGM, professional from start to finish. Top job General, many thanks to you all.

Brilliant work from Lee and the team!
We haven’t had the best weather for landscaping but the CGM team cracked on and kept us up-to-date on their progress and how the weather was affecting them.
Throughout the work the team were friendly, courteous to social distancing and checking throughout that we were happy with their plans and also adapting when unforeseen issues from our garden arose.
Will definitely be using the team again in the future and you would be daft not to!
